2. Website hosting and security
This policy describes operation of this website with Cloudflare. Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, technical data including your IP address, access time, requested URL, browser, operating system, connection and security information are processed to deliver the website, maintain stability and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website.
Cloudflare acts as a processor. Data may also be processed outside the EU or EEA, including in the United States. Information about contractual safeguards and standard contractual clauses is available in Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum and privacy policy. Technical data are processed only for as long as required for delivery, security and investigating incidents. Specific logging depends on the Cloudflare configuration in use.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies, tracking or embedded maps, social media or reservation widgets. Fonts and images are served with the website. When you close the cookie notice, the setting antichi-cookie-notice-v1 is stored locally in your browser. It contains the time of acknowledgement, is checked again after six months and is not transmitted to us. You can delete it through your browser settings or reopen the notice using “Cookie notice” in the footer. Storage of this expressly requested preference is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where personal data are involved, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Depending on enabled security features, Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies, for example to distinguish human visitors from automated attacks. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. No optional analytics or marketing services are integrated into this website.
4. Contact by phone or email
When you contact us, we process your contact details and enquiry to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or reservation enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. We delete the data once the enquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.
5. External links
Reservations and orders open external DISH services. We also link to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and the previous menu hosted by DISH. These services load only when you follow the links; no corresponding widgets load automatically. The respective provider then processes data under its own privacy policy. Please read that policy before entering personal information.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
